Job Information In our newly established team with a large scope for design, you are in demand as a PO Infrastructure & Fleet to actively fill it: You optimize IT solutions in building infrastructure, charging and fleet management, introduce new technologies and accompany stakeholders competently and empathetically. Galliker is one of the leading Swiss logistics and transport companies with national and international locations. Area of responsibility • You are responsible for the product backlog, manage it and develop product visions and strategies • Thanks to the close and continuous cooperation with the stakeholders, you understand the needs for the product and actively maintain these relationships • You create understandable user stories and epics • You keep an overview of the ongoing projects (customer and internal projects) • You prioritize the product backlog based on business value • You coordinate the agile team ceremonies Requirements profile • Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of agile project management • Professional experience and knowledge in the field of building infrastructure and/or fleet management are an advantage • You are characterized by high self-motivation, pronounced commitment and strong ownership for your topics • Above-average problem-solving skills and a pronounced time management • Very good understanding of business processes and their networking • High social competence, healthy assertiveness and communicativeness • Very good German and English skills (spoken & written) Offer • Exciting and complex projects in the field of building infrastructure, loading and charging management as well as our vehicle fleet • Cool, motivated team • State-of-the-art IT infrastructures • A lot of personal responsibility and appreciation • Broad field of application in the world of transport with internal and external contacts in the national and international area • Possibility of occasional remote work For this position, we only consider direct applications.
