Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support (pre- and after-sales) to customers and sales teams, mainly in the field of building automation Analyze, process and resolve technical requests via our ticketing system, ensuring rigorous follow-up oriented towards customer satisfaction Accompany customers in the commissioning, configuration and troubleshooting of our automation solutions Participate in the creation of digital content (manuals, video tutorials, e-learning training) Contribute to internal projects in the field of building automation (PLC development, system migration, etc.) Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials Collaborate actively with our teams in Switzerland and internationally Profile CFC in automation or basic training in the field of electrotechnics, continuing education as an ES technician is a plus Excellent command of French and German (oral and written, C2 level) Good knowledge of building programming (CODESYS, Beckhoff, KNX, BacNet, DALI, etc.) Autonomous, organized, customer and solution oriented, with a good team spirit Benefits You want to work for a modern company focused on technology and a leader in the international market?
