IT Specialist Field Service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Overview

About If you don't just want to write code in a basement as an IT specialist, but also want to see products in use and actively drive the company forward in the market, then this position is just right for you. During assignments at our customers' sites, you will experience firsthand how and where our products are in use. You will see the daily challenges and master them together with our customers. Since work with us is very individual and our employees do not simply fit into a template (and, we also don't want anyone who lets themselves be pressed into a template), we welcome specialists as well as graduates directly from HF, FH, university.

For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as an IT Specialist Field Service.

Your Tasks

• Execution of installations and migrations of our access control systems at our customers
• Coordination of customer IT in the project and service business together with our project managers
• Execution of customer training
• Software support for our hardware technicians or partners during the commissioning of our access systems
• Support and/or improvement of supporting tools/scripts to simplify activities
• For this task, you will be active in the field up to 50% within Switzerland (driver's license necessary).

Your Profile

• You solve problems independently and proactively share your acquired knowledge with the entire team
• Willingness for personal further development and taking on responsibility
• You adapt to new situations without problems and are open to new technologies and tools
• Informatiker EFZ, Informatiker HF, BSc. in Informatik or comparable profile
• Good knowledge in the area of network infrastructure and communication
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and PowerShell
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL-Server
• Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
