As a central administrative hub, the department ensures that our HRM processes function efficiently, reliably and on time. With your organizational talent, your diligence and your service mindset, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations and create structure. You and your colleagues are the control center of our HRM. Managers, HR Business Partners and the HRM management team count on you when it comes to keeping an overview, setting priorities and getting things moving. Organization, coordination and information management are in your blood. Routine tasks? You can do that. But it also becomes exciting for you when new challenges arise. You take responsibility for HRM projects – from the first idea through to implementation and successful anchoring in everyday life. You love the mixture of operational day-to-day business and innovative topics. While you master complex personnel administration confidently in the morning, you drive a project forward in the afternoon, coordinate various stakeholders and make independent decisions. When others see problems, you recognize solutions. You roll up your sleeves, think along, think ahead and keep a cool head even when it gets hectic.
