As part of home medical support, we are looking for a state-certified, serious, and experienced registered nurse to provide personalized nursing care at home.
Location of intervention: VS and VD
Type of intervention: Full time 60-90%
Desired availability: Immediately or by arrangement
Registered Nurse for Home Care
Profile sought:
Nursing diploma mandatory and CR recognition
Experience in home care strongly appreciated min 2 years.
Autonomy, professionalism, punctuality, and listening skills
Permit B and vehicle
Main missions:
Performing prescribed technical care (injections, dressings, infusions, monitoring of vitals, etc.)
Clinical follow-up of the patient at home
Implementation of hygiene and safety protocols
Close collaboration with the attending physician, pharmacists, and other medical professionals
Contribution to the patient's quality of life and their maintenance at home
