Deployment Planner: Spitex Bern 60-80%

This is your field of activity

• Creation of economical, efficient, and employee-friendly deployment planning
• Ensuring optimal deployment planning for our employees
• Short-term adjustments in case of absences, emergencies, or changed customer needs
• Identifying weaknesses in existing processes and participating in their optimization
• Active participation in the further development of digital planning and work processes
• Willingness to take on assignments at the base if necessary and to step in in emergency situations

How you convince us

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) or Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS)
• Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in Spitex
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of deployment planning
• Good knowledge of the city of Bern and its quarters
• High IT affinity as well as confident handling of digital planning systems
• Resilient, solution-oriented, and flexible personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
