The Oberlimatte is an institution active in childcare at several locations in the Oberaargau. The Oberlimatte operates three kindergartens, three stationary living groups for children and adolescents, a socio-pedagogical day structure in Langenthal, and offers outpatient services in the context of children and adolescents.
The well-being of the children is a priority.

To complement our team in the living groups for preschool-age children and young women, we are looking for

(Social or Childhood Education, Specialist in Childcare EFZ)

Requirements:

• Completed training in childcare or pedagogy (professional experience an advantage)
• A big heart for children and adolescents
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Stress tolerance and flexibility
• Good team skills
• Proficient in German, both verbally and in writing.

Area of responsibility:

• Accompaniment, care, and promotion of children and young women
• Assistance with leisure activities
• Reference person work
• Evening and night shifts
• Weekend shifts by agreement.
