Your tasks

• Leadership and development of a technical team in facility management
• Management of several customer mandates and property responsibility for complex buildings
• Coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation projects up to CHF 100’000
• Ensuring quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction in all services

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the field of building technology required
• Several years of experience in technical facility management necessary
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills are required
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
