Technical Clerk Sales Back Office (a)

Goal of the role:

In this exciting function, you will advise and support customers from the metal construction environment and assist them in selecting suitable products and solutions. As an important interface between customers, sales, and internal specialist departments, you will ensure professional order processing and actively contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

Competent advice to customers on products and solutions in the field of metal construction fittings

Sale and support of the existing product range

Creation and processing of offers

Recording and processing of customer orders

Processing of customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail

Maintenance of sales, article, and master data

Independent and solution-oriented customer support

Collaboration with internal specialist departments and other sales locations

Your profile:

Completed vocational training, ideally a manual or technical background

Experience in metal construction, in assembly, or in the field of doors, gates, or facades is an advantage

Experience in sales back office or in customer consulting is an advantage

Enjoyment of customer contact and technical products

Proficient German language skills as well as good French language skills

Open-minded, responsible, and willing-to-learn personality
