Further information at implenia.com For our Buildings department Laboratory and Healthcare Construction, we are looking for you as a Contract Manager. Your place of employment will be our location in Basel. In this key role, you are responsible for the professional contract, claim, and risk management of demanding laboratory and healthcare constructions and act as a competent contact person for project teams, clients, and partners. What you will do ### • You control the contract, claim, and supplementary management throughout the entire project cycle - from the review and creation to the negotiation of construction, delivery, and service contracts • You recognize contractual, technical, and financial project risks at an early stage and develop suitable strategies to encounter them successfully. • With your expertise, you advise and support our project managers on all contract-related issues • You conduct negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders confidently and goal-oriented • Together with internal and external legal departments, you process disputes, claims, and additional demands and contribute to finding successful solutions • In close cooperation with project management, purchasing, estimation, controlling, and legal, you ensure that our projects remain on course for success from a contractual perspective That is why you succeed   ### • Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business law, in business administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in contract, claim, or project management within the construction or real estate industry.
