Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process
• Creation and publication of job advertisements
• Active Sourcing and direct approach of candidates
• Review and selection of application dossiers
• Conducting job interviews and supporting the selection process
• Advising managers in the recruitment process
• Ensuring a positive Candidate Experience
• Further development of recruitment processes and instruments
• Participation in further HR topics as required

What you bring with you

• HR further education, ideally HR-Fachausweis
• Several years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
• Experience in Active Sourcing and in conducting interviews
• Very good German skills (Level C2)
• Intuition for people and suitable candidates
• Communication strength and advisory competence
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with managers
• Initiative and interest in the further development of modern recruiting processes
