Employee Outpatient Tariffs / Invoicing (m/f/d)
Your tasks include
Responsibility for the correct and timely invoicing of all services provided outpatient/semi-stationary from the core business (services to/for patients) for the APP/KJP
Responsibility for the complete invoicing of services provided to/for patients, inpatient as well as outpatient
Responsibility for the debt collection and dunning process of the patient debtors of the outpatient sites
Support and processing for the rejections from the health insurance companies (APP/KJP)
Support in the control and analysis of service recording
You bring with you
Completed commercial or medical basic training and/or commercial diploma
In-depth IT user knowledge (Opale, KISIM, MS Office)
Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
Competent personality with pronounced social competence and discretion
Experience in the healthcare sector (an advantage)
Foreign language skills (E/FR/IT or others, an advantage)
