Construction Manager

We are looking for one of our customers for a Construction Manager (m/f) Your challenges: • On-site construction management • Creation of construction programs • Estimating work • Conducting meetings with the client, craftsmen as well as authorities • Cost control • Support in project management if required Your profile: • Several years of experience as a construction manager • Completed training as a Drafter specializing in architecture and/or TS - Structural Engineering • The ability to recognize critical interfaces between planning and execution at an early stage • Open and assertive communication skills • Goal-oriented coordination skills • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Resilience and sense of responsibility • Sound specialist knowledge in project planning with ArchiCad Construction management, the right thing for you?
