As a stainless steel specialist, our core competence lies in custom-made stainless steel worktops as well as sinks and basins with innovative drain and overflow technology. Fittings from the Suter own brand and selected exclusive models from partner brands complement the range.

What you will achieve

Our customer service team is looking for reinforcement.

In this role, you are the central hub between customers as well as internal and external service technicians with the following tasks:

• Proactive deployment planning and coordination of internal and external installers and measurers
• Verification of measurement data and assembly documents regarding technical feasibility, completeness, and implementability
• Ordering and management of consumable and assembly materials as well as ensuring the required material availability
• Recording of repair orders
• Processing of complaints in the field of custom manufacturing
