Attractive employment conditions, group-wide and team events and a Halbtax subscription round off our offer.   We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a:   DRAFTSPERSON Architecture specialty with vocational trainer function   Tasks • Independent and team-oriented processing of projects (from building application to execution) • Modeling of digital models and BIM • Coordination with specialist planners, companies, specialists as well as authorities and other external project participants • Coordination and elaboration of plans, details, tender and execution plans • Educational responsibility for apprentices (Zeichner/in EFZ, specialty Architecture)   Profile • Zeichner/in EFZ Architecture or equivalent or Architect FH with initial training as Zeichner/in EFZ Architecture • Completed course for vocational trainers (or interest in this further training) • Excellent knowledge of Archicad, possibly also Revit, 3D / BIM • German native language required, French skills an advantage • At least 5 years of Swiss professional experience • Experience in the checking and approval of third-party plans (specialist planners, companies) • Adaptability to new technological developments • Versatility, flexibility, accuracy and dynamism   Work location: 8305 Dietlikon (ZH)   Duration: permanent   Interested?
