On behalf of one of our clients in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a Quality Controller in 2X8 schedule (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will perform quality control of finished and/or semi-finished products
• You will primarily perform aesthetic controls to guarantee the visual conformity of the products
• You will perform dimensional controls according to the defined standards
• You will identify, analyze, and report non-conformities
• You will ensure the traceability of the controls performed
• You will contribute to maintaining the expected quality level of excellence

Your profile:

• You benefit from proven experience in quality control of leather products (leather straps, leather goods or similar products)
• You have evolved in an environment where aesthetic requirements are high
• You possess good observational skills and an excellent sense of detail
• You master the basics of dimensional control
• You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and good team spirit
• You are recognized for your sense of quality and your reliability
