For our client Roche in Basel, we are looking for a reliable and motivated (m/w/d) GxP Support Specialist Start Date: Latest possible start date: Planned duration of employment: Extension: Option for extension, to be decided against August/September 2026 Workplace: Mainly Basel, but also Kaiseraugst Workload: 100% Home office: Yes, 2 days a week Job Description Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues Polyvalent deployment in the different GxP areas of Logistic Solutions at the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites Taking over ownership or responsibility for processing deviations and changes in Veeva Implementation of GxP processes in the GxP-relevant circles of Logistic Solutions Basel and Kaiseraugst, as well as the associated processing of process documents Active support during audits and inspections, as well as independent presentation of the relevant GxP processes during audits and inspections Proactive participation in process optimizations and quality improvements Sought Profile Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics Ideally, several years of professional experience in the GMP/GDP area and in-depth affinity for logistical processes Experience in GxP deviation and change management Experience in presenting at GxP customer and authority inspections Experience in processing GxP documents Interest in technical processes as well as affinity in handling IT systems; CSV knowledge is an advantage Very good German and English language skills (level B2) in word and writing High degree of structured and independent work, combined with high customer orientation and a professional and proactive approach to all stakeholders Have we aroused your interest and would you like to take your chance?
