Sales Consultant Premium Coffee Worlds

Are you passionate about first-class coffee, have a penchant for Swiss design and technology, and love daily contact with people? For our client – an internationally leading Swiss premium brand – we are looking for a sales talent with charm, energy, and a true host mentality.

Your role & your influence

• You welcome female customers, male customers, and international guests, advise at eye level, and convey the value of high-end fully automatic coffee machines with genuine enthusiasm.
• You celebrate the art of coffee preparation in the lounge, present live on-site, and guide visitors through exciting experience modules.
• You explain features understandably, professionally commission devices, and make technology tangible.
• You accompany visitor tours, support events, and ensure that every visit remains memorable.

Qualifications

• Completed training in retail, in the hotel/gastronomy industry, or a comparable service industry.
• Sales experience with enjoyment of consultation-intensive premium products as well as a confident, well-groomed, and sympathetic appearance.
• Curiosity about technical details and the talent to convey this knowledge in a practical way.
• Business fluent German and very good English and French.
• Saturday work is a fixed part of the work week for you (with regulated compensatory time off during the week).
