Do you enjoy taking responsibility and maintaining an overview even in a dynamic warehouse operation? For our client, we are looking for a motivated personality as Foreman Warehouse (m/f/d). In this leadership role, together with your team, you will ensure smooth processes in the warehouse and picking area and lend a hand where it counts.

Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring compliance with all work and safety regulations
• Sensitizing employees to safe working
• Instruction and training of employees
• Monitoring compliance with team and company rules
• Monitoring the current order situation and ensuring the timely processing of orders
• Control of warehouse processes and picking processes
• Ensuring compliance with defined process standards
• Personnel deployment planning
• Contact person for employees during the shift
• Retrieval and provision of material for the picking zone
• Management of logistical movements as well as coordination of storage and retrieval movements
• Power User for system questions during the shift
• Creation of a complete shift protocol
• Structured handover shift handover
• Interface and close cooperation with the warehouse team manager

Your profile:

• A basic education in logistics
• Readiness for shift work
• at least 2 years of leadership experience in logistics or the warehouse area
• Good SAP knowledge (SAP WM and EWM knowledge)
• MS-Office knowledge
• Knowledge of automated warehouse systems or high-bay warehouses and their technical availability
• Knowledge of occupational safety
• Experience in dealing with maintenance partners
• MS-Office knowledge
• Sense of responsibility and role model function
• Assertiveness and team orientation
• Organizational and coordination talent
• Quality and safety awareness
• Resilience and decision-making ability in shift operation
• good German language skills in speaking & writing
