Executive Assistant 80-100% (m/f)

Do you support management with confidence and maintain an overview even in stressful situations? The JMS group is an independent family business in its 4th generation. We are a regionally recognized company in the field of construction materials and have a strong market position in German-speaking Switzerland in the public works and special works sector. From now or by agreement, we are looking for a person for a versatile and central function in the executive secretariat.

Your tasks

• Management of the executive secretariat (for CEO, CFO, CAO and head of real estate development)
• Preparation and drafting of minutes for board of directors, management, and association meetings
• Documentation, presentations, drafting of the management manual and the employee journal
• Organization of client/employee events and exhibitions, Christmas mailings
• Support for marketing activities (notably social media contributions) as well as management of promotional gifts
• Active participation in internal projects (organization of internal training, etc.)
• Training and supervision of commercial apprentices within the department

Your profile

• Basic commercial training
• Several years of professional experience as an executive assistant or comparable function
• Organizational talent with excellent knowledge of German (including dialect)
• Friendly, courteous and discreet personality
• Networking spirit and an autonomous and precise way of working
