For our long-standing customer from the Winterthur region, we are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor Your tasks: Support and advice of our customers throughout the entire service process Receipt and processing of service and repair orders Creation of cost estimates and orders Coordination of workshop appointments and repair work Ensuring high customer satisfaction Active sale of additional services and service offers Close cooperation with the workshop, spare parts warehouse and sales Professional vehicle handover and explanation of the work carried out Maintenance of customer relationships and processing of customer requests What you bring with you: Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry Experience as a service advisor or in a comparable function is an advantage Strong customer and service orientation Enjoyment of consulting, sales and personal customer contact Organizational talent and independent way of working Confident and sympathetic appearance Good German skills in speaking and writing Driver's license category B Attractive salary and social benefits Working in a motivated and friendly team Opportunities for professional development Interested?
