Then we are looking for exactly you as: Project Manager Ventilation 100% • You are responsible for the independent management of ventilation projects • You create design, tender and execution documents • You calculate project and order offers for our customers and conduct contract negotiations independently • You take over the schedule, cost and quality controls during the entire project execution • You carry out project calculations independently and continuously maintain the project documentation • You actively help in the buildup and maintenance of customer relationships through your work Qualifications • You have a basic technical education in the field of building technology and several years of professional experience in building services planning with a focus on ventilation • You bring sound CAD knowledge as well as experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • You have a pronounced understanding of complex systems and facilities as well as technical procedures and processes • You are communicative, customer-friendly and bring a high degree of social competence and independence • You have a valid driving license (at least cat.
