Employee for Care, FAGE/FABE, 80% - 100% workload, from 01.08.2026 or by agreement The Atrium Gallus is an assisted living facility in the city of St. Gallen, which has set itself the goal of offering people with mental, social, psychosocial and/or mild intellectual disabilities an independent life in a family-like and respectful atmosphere. We accompany and promote our clients in the sense of self-responsibility, independence and social reintegration. Your tasks • Accompaniment of adult persons with mental, social, psychosocial and/or mild intellectual and physical disabilities in everyday life as well as in employment • Completion of administrative and domestic work • Implementation of our mission statement and care concept • You motivate and accompany our clients in a meaningful design of everyday life and leisure time • Interdisciplinary collaboration in the team and with other professionals • Documentation of work in the internal information system • Telephone standby service (usually one week and one weekend per month), in case of need within 30 minutes on site • Vocational trainer FABE Your profile • Completion of training in the field of FAGE / FABE or in a comparable professional field • Several years of experience in stationary work with people with mental illnesses • Flexibility, resilience and team skills • Pronounced social and communicative skills • Highly independent, autonomous and structured way of working • Open and motivated personality • Driver's license class B • Very good oral and written German language skills • Completed training as a vocational trainer FABE / or willingness to complete it our offer • Regulated working hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 • No split shifts, nor weekend or holiday service (except standby service) • An exciting job with a lot of responsibility • Internal training and case discussions • Regular exchange in the team Questions about this position will be answered by Mr. Björn Quasnitschka, Home Manager Tel.: +41 71 525 77 71 If you are interested in this position, we look forward to receiving your application documents by email at: b.quasnitschka@atrium-gallus.ch
