Real Estate Accountant
We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a renowned Lausanne real estate agency, for a specialist PPE Accountant for a fixed / permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.
Real Estate Accountant
As part of an increase in activity and a restructuring of the team, your missions will be to:

• Accounting management and closing of building accounts in PPE
• Accounting and reconciling different accounts
• Perform the allocation of charges among different services and companies
• Prepare VAT statements
• Prepare the annual account closing documents for audits and auditors
• Entry and payment of supplier invoices
• Various administrative tasks related to the function
• Degree in accounting or equivalent training.
• Confirmed experience of 3-4 years in general accounting, a plus if it is in real estate
• Rapid availability ideally - position in Lausanne on-site and at 100%
