In this function, you will take on a central role in the medical care of our residents and work closely with the social services and care team.

Workplace: Schloss Herdern, 8535 Herdern

Workload: 80% - 100%

Start: immediately or by arrangement

YOUR JOB WITH US

• You closely accompany our residents in everyday life and take responsibility for their health development and stability.
• You recognize changes early, act in crisis situations and initiate suitable measures.
• You plan, manage and evaluate the nursing processes of the clientele and actively accompany them in the further course.
• You work closely with the family doctor team and accompany visits including preparation and follow-up.
• You take on a coordinating role between internal and external specialist agencies and ensure the flow of information.
• You perform medical-nursing tasks (medication, wounds, injections, blood collection).
• You accompany external appointments and ensure the implementation of medical prescriptions.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Training as a dipl. Registered Nurse HF / DN2 or as FaGe / MPA
• Professional experience, ideally in a socio-psychiatric or institutional environment
• high social competence and joy in working with people
• independent, structured and exact way of working
• good administrative skills and confident handling of Office programs
• resilience, flexibility and commitment
• driver's license category B
