HYDRO Exploitat Responsible for Hydropower Plant HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the area of operation and maintenance of energy generation plants. We combine all the necessary competencies under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering. We operate and maintain a plant park with more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the capacity available from hydropower in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants operated by us generate about 16 % of the electricity from hydropower in Switzerland. Thanks to our unique expertise, we propose services with a high added value to our customers, which satisfy their diverse needs as well as their high quality requirements. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies as well as industry. We are mainly active in Switzerland, but occasionally also carry out assignments abroad. Responsible·r Hydropower Plant Location: Gondo Your Mission: Responsibility for the management of the assigned plants and the leadership of the employees with the goal of ensuring optimal and efficient operation, complying with company certifications and maintaining good relationships with external partners. Your Tasks: Ensuring the organization and management of the assigned plants. Ensuring the personnel management of your own unit. Ensuring the management and implementation of the assigned projects/businesses while complying with costs, deadlines and quality requirements. Guaranteeing the safety of persons, assets and the environment within your own unit as well as within the area of responsibility of the GEH. Your Competencies: EFZ as an electrical installer, automation technician, mechanic or equivalent training. Diploma as a maintenance manager or equivalent qualification. 10 years of professional experience, of which 5 years as a maintenance manager or operations manager. Proven experience in the leadership of employees.
