Tasks

• You coordinate and implement maintenance work as well as smaller construction projects at our locations throughout Switzerland
• You realize approved investment projects
• You prepare the budgets annually together with the site managers
• You lead projects independently and coordinate external teams in the process
• You ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
• You drive the further development and use of new technologies
• You actively participate in the implementation of our sustainability topics

Requirements

• You have a technical and/or manual education in the construction sector and bring experience in project management
• You are familiar with facility management as well as retail business
• You have experience in the realization of building services and construction projects
• You have sound PC skills, especially in MS Office
• Ideally, you already bring professional experience
• You have French language skills
• You are a team player, open, flexible and loyal
