Your tasks ##

• Supporting the residents with basic care and in everyday life
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information
• Accompanying through the day with time, patience and heart
• Creating security, orientation and a sense of well-being
• Close cooperation in a small, well-coordinated team

What you bring with you ##

• Completed Nursing Assistant SRK training (mandatory)
• Experience in caring for people with dementia is desirable
• Empathy, patience and joy in working with elderly people
• Responsible, reliable way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
