In order to replace our Sector Manager and to strengthen the management team of the Services Généraux, we are looking for A Hospitality and Housekeeping Sector Manager 80\-100% \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Mission globale The mission of the position is the management and organization of the Hospitality and Housekeeping Sector of the Services généraux (SG). The Manager proposes and sets the objectives of their department with their management and ensures the implementation of the means required for their achievement. He/She organizes and coordinates the activities of the sector by allocating resources efficiently and fairly, controls their implementation, in connection with the other sector managers for all services offered by the sector to the hosted persons, employees and external clients. He/She ensures that the services of his/her sector respect the culture and the pedagogical mission of the institutions. Your main tasks Management of sector activities: cafeteria, common areas, rentals, internal logistics of meals, technical housing and cleaning, laundry circuit (technical and organizational) Financial and statistical management: collaborate with management to prepare the operating and investment budget as well as the 5-year financial planning; master the allocated budget through purchases, participate in the budgetary controlling of SG activities; establish billing and ensure the workflow of the sector's invoices, manage the panel of suppliers; keep up to date the statistics allowing to derive key figures and to steer the housekeeping activity (notably operating costs, cost prices, laundry weights, profitability calculations) Management of sector personnel: recruit personnel, manage apprentices, establish work schedules, plan vacations and leave and ensure the information as well as continuous training of employees.
