Joy and talent in dealing with young people who have grown old! Zentrum Mösli is a rural residential and nursing home with 45 nursing beds and 16 apartments for seniors. The current job holder is going into well-deserved retirement, therefore we are looking for a cheerful and team-oriented personality as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement as Head of Housekeeping 70% Tasks: You are responsible for the personnel, organizational, technical, and economic management of the housekeeping area (cleaning and laundry). With your team of seven employees, you ensure that Zentrum Mösli is a cozy, clean, and homely place to live. We offer individual housekeeping services to the senior residential settlement. You actively participate in cleaning and laundry; you plan your office hours in the afternoon. Together with the activation team, you can contribute creatively regarding house decoration. During events, you take responsibility for guest care. You bring with you: You have completed training as Fachfrau Hauswirtschaft EFZ or Fachfrau Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ and bring several years of professional and leadership experience. As a flexible, resilient, and socially competent personality, you work with joy for and with people. Appreciation, openness, and sensitivity (Gschpüri) in dealing with seniors are part of your personality. You value the daily interdisciplinary cooperation with the areas of nursing, technical service, and activation. You have good PC user skills and speak Swiss German fluently.
