Totalconsulting Sàrl, a company based in Saint-Léonard, is looking for an Insurance Advisor to strengthen its activity and pursue the development of its client portfolio.

We already have an existing client portfolio. We are today looking for a dynamic, autonomous and results-oriented person, capable of ensuring the follow-up of our current clients while actively developing a new clientele.

Your mission
-------------

You support private and professional clients in all of their insurance needs.

Your activity includes notably:

• Advice and follow-up of an existing client portfolio
• Acquisition and development of new clients
• Making appointments and visits directly to the clientele
• Global analysis of insurance needs
• Proposal of solutions adapted to each situation
• Preparation, presentation and conclusion of offers
• Development of lasting relationships with clients
• Loyalty and regular follow-up of the portfolio
• Development of your own professional and commercial network

You intervene in the different fields of insurance, notably:

• Life and pension insurance
• Non-life insurance
• Vehicle insurance
• Household and civil liability insurance
• Building and real estate insurance
• Health and complementary insurance, subject to required authorizations
• Corporate and SME insurance
• Professional and corporate civil liability
• Property, assets and personal insurance
• Pension solutions for individuals and companies

The objective is to be able to offer our clients global advice, both for their private and professional needs.

Your profile
------------

We are primarily looking for a commercial personality, comfortable with human contact and motivated by client development.

You ideally possess:

• Experience in the field of insurance, consulting or sales
• An AFA insurance intermediary certification or an equivalent recognized qualification allowing you to practice the activity in Switzerland
• Any required registrations or authorizations to practice the activity of insurance intermediary
• An excellent ability to create and maintain a relationship of trust with clients
• A strong commercial temperament and a taste for prospecting
• An autonomous, organized and results-oriented working method
• A professional presentation and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the economic and social fabric of the region, constituting an advantage
• A driver's license and mobility allowing visits to the clientele

Mastery of French is indispensable.

Knowledge of Portuguese constitutes a real asset, notably for the development and follow-up of part of our clientele.

Any other language is also welcome.
