For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Transportdisposition / Export 100% (m/w/d) immediately in a permanent position or temporarily for 6 months Sachbearbeiter Transportdisposition / Export 100% (m/w/d) Tasks Ensuring timely national and international transport disposition by road, rail, sea, and air Creating all transport and export formalities Timely initialization of goods preparation (pre-shipment) Railcar management including ordering, communication, coordination with SBB-Cargo, and corresponding freight invoice control Deputy in the area of truck disposition national («Auto delivered») Completion of all work in the area of registration and goods dispatch bookings: Ensuring timely and correct goods dispatch booking and forwarding to drivers and private individuals who report to the registration counter Management and ordering of office supplies Requirements Completed commercial basic training Several years of experience in a comparable function Good user knowledge of MS-Office and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O) Fluent German and English skills in word and writing, any additional language is an advantage Resilient, flexible, team-capable, and communicatively strong personality We offer You can expect a responsible and exciting field of activity in a sustainably growing company.
