As a Healthcare Assistant EFZ or Healthcare Assistant EFZ, you want to bring your experience to a specialized surgical environment and professionally accompany patients during their course of treatment. For a modern healthcare facility in the Aarau region, we are looking for an engaged personality with a workload of 80 to 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will work in the specialties of Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Urology and make an important contribution to high-quality, patient-oriented care.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• You care for and support patients in the fields of plastic surgery, hand surgery, and urology
• You take over delegated nursing tasks in close cooperation with qualified nursing professionals
• You work interprofessionally with various specialist departments and contribute to a smooth workflow
• You support in the administrative, logistical, and organizational areas on the ward
• You work according to modern lean principles and actively contribute to the further development of processes

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant EFZ or Healthcare Assistant EFZ or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the acute care sector is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in nursing, administrative, and technical tasks in everyday hospital life
