Best Property GmbH is an owner-managed and independent real estate company based on Bahnhofstrasse in Zug, which specializes in the marketing of residential, investment properties, as well as new construction projects in the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions.
We are looking for an experienced Senior real estate marketer (m/f) starting immediately or by arrangement, who leads demanding projects to success with professional competence, networking, and negotiation skills.
Your tasks
Independent marketing of real estate projects (existing buildings and new constructions)
Development and implementation of individual marketing and sales concepts
Market and location analyses, pricing strategies, and reportings
Valuation of real estate and creation of appraisal presentations
Creation of professional exposés, presentations, and online advertisements
Conducting negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
Customer advice and support for owners, project developers, and investors
Acquisition of sales and rental mandates
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
Your profile
Completed training in the field of real estate, sales, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in real estate marketing
Good knowledge of the real estate market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
High degree of initiative, organizational talent, and customer orientation
Winning and empathetic personality with a positive attitude
Well-networked and anchored regionally
Confident handling of MS Office and common CRM systems
Driver's license category B
