Our client, a renowned Metal Construction company in the Canton of Genève, has mandated us in the search for a Project Manager profile to work on various locksmithing and metal construction projects.

Profile sought

• Significant and mandatory experience in Swiss territory, in similar roles.
• Solid expertise in fine locksmithing and metal construction, on tertiary, industrial, and housing projects.
• Confirmed experience in managing complex and custom projects.
• Seniority guaranteeing a high level of autonomy and professional maturity.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and make technical decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation.
• Field profile, structured, capable of representing the company to demanding clients

Main missions

• Lead large-scale projects from the study phase to delivery.
• Be the main contact for clients, architects, EG, Régies, and other partners.
• Analyze needs, propose adapted technical solutions, and ensure project feasibility.
• Participate in technical studies, additional data, and financial adjustments in connection with estimators.
• Close coordination with the workshop and manage internal installation teams
• Ensure consistency between design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, execution quality, and customer satisfaction.
