You are a specialist in facility management (Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ), sanitary/heating installer (Sanitär- Heizungsmonteur EFZ)

or have another manual/technical training

Your area of responsibility:

Primarily includes the technical maintenance and the care and upkeep of the properties entrusted to us. As a contact person for our clients, tenants, tradespeople and suppliers, you hold an important "hub function". Your area of responsibility specifically includes the organization/planning/execution of the work to be carried out, such as:

• Processing repair orders
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Monitoring/caring for technical systems
• In the event of personnel shortages (holiday or sickness absences) you support the team and take on tasks in caretaker services and cleaning if required.
• Assistance with on-call service
• Winter service

What you bring with you:

Prerequisites for the successful implementation of this function are very good prior knowledge in the technical field and preferably completed training as a specialist in facility management, caretaker, or training in the field of building technology. Your strengths include independence, good technical understanding and manual skill, working independently as well as teamwork. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. PC skills (Word/Excel) round off your profile.

Preferably, you have your residence in the Bern agglomeration.
