What you contribute:

• You are responsible for the complete management of a portfolio of commercial real estate, including leasing, contract and key management, as well as guaranteeing an irreproachable condition
• Thanks to your expertise and your negotiation talent, you conduct successful negotiations and draft commercial leases as well as amendments
• You coordinate and carry out the move-in and move-out inspections of commercial surfaces and ensure a professional closing of accounts
• Communication with owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders, as well as the organization of meetings and information sessions for tenants, is your responsibility
• You are responsible for soliciting and evaluating offers, awarding mandates to service providers, as well as controlling and validating orders and invoices from creditors

What you bring:

• You have basic commercial training and you are a property manager with a federal diploma
• Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector and in the management of commercial buildings
• Your affinity for digital and your solid knowledge of IT and software allow you to use different systems with ease on a daily basis
• You are able to work in a team, are resistant to stress and you stand out by your client-oriented and service personality
• An efficient and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills qualify you to interact with demanding interlocutors
• You express yourself fluently in French, both orally and in writing. German and English are a plus.
