Kitchen Assistant (M/F) at 100%

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic kitchen assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of the head chef, you will participate in the preparation of dishes and ensure compliance with the establishment's hygiene and quality standards. • Prepare the ingredients necessary for the realization of recipes. • Perform cutting, peeling and preparation work on food. • Assist cooks in the preparation and presentation of dishes. • Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and equipment. • Respect hygiene, health and food safety standards. • Participate in the reception and storage of goods. • Experience in the kitchen (essential) • Ability to work in a team and under pressure. • Sense of organization and speed of execution. • Punctuality, autonomy and positive attitude. • Knowledge of food hygiene rules.
