Service at the highest level – with heart, professionalism, and initiative For our unique private clinic in Schloss Wartensee in Rorschacherberg, we are looking for a dedicated, young, and motivated service professional (100 %) who shares our high standards for hospitality and service quality. Our patients are always our central focus. Every person is individual – therefore, we expect not only professional service but also empathy, flexibility, and the ability to assess situations spontaneously and confidently. Our goal is to fulfill every wish of our guests before it even needs to be expressed. Your tasks · Professional care and catering of our patients, family members, and caregivers · Preparation and post-preparation of the restaurant as well as all service areas · Ensuring a smooth workflow during the entire service shift · Active cooperation with the kitchen, nursing, and other departments · Compliance with the highest hygiene, quality, and service standards · Close and professional cooperation with the Chef de Service to ensure smooth operational processes Your profile · At least 5 years of professional experience in service within upscale gastronomy, hospitality, or a comparable environment · Independent, structured, and responsible way of working · High level of initiative as well as the ability to recognize and implement priorities independently · Strong service orientation with a fine sense for the individual needs of our patients · Reliability, discretion, and loyalty are a matter of course for you · Well-groomed, professional appearance as well as excellent manners · Fluent German skills in speaking and writing · Very good English skills; further foreign languages are an advantage · Driving license category B as well as a private vehicle are required due to our location Working hours: · Workload: 100 % · 5-day week · Working time: daily from 14:00 to 22:00 · Currently, Sunday and Monday are our rest days. Prospectively, it is planned to offer restaurant operations also on the weekend. Therefore, we require a fundamental readiness for future weekend shifts.
