What awaits you:

You are the first point of contact when it comes to reliably keeping our existing systems running and developing them further.

Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Coordination and organization of service assignments and maintenance work
• Service assignments for the preventive maintenance of existing systems
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in audio/video and multimedia systems
• Carrying out repairs, adjustments, and expansions
• Support during the commissioning of new systems directly on-site
• Technical clarifications with suppliers and manufacturers
• Direct contact with customers and contact persons on-site
• Documentation of the work performed and solutions

What you bring with you:

You enjoy working independently, find a solution even with technical challenges, and enjoy direct contact with customers.

Ideally, you possess:

• basic training as a multimedia electronics technician/electronics technician
• basic knowledge of IP networks and their configuration as well as formats and standards of AV technology
• enjoyment of fault analysis and technical challenges
• quick comprehension as well as a customer-oriented, innovative, and independent way of working
• a friendly, well-groomed, and courteous appearance
