In an exclusive mandate, we are looking for a leadership personality to take over the sales back office and further develop the existing team in a targeted manner. Metallbau. Leiter Innendienst. Chance. w/m Your tasks An established team, clear processes, and a sales back office that works – that's where you come in and get involved. Around 70 % of your time is spent actively involved in day-to-day business, from order processing to creating quotes to processing customer inquiries. At the same time, you take over the technical and personnel management of an established team of 8 employees. You support and coach your team in everyday life and ensure that order processing and customer care work efficiently and reliably. Furthermore, you work closely with the field service, purchasing, and logistics departments and ensure that the interfaces interact smoothly, thereby ensuring high service quality. Finally, you analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and actively contribute to the further development of processes in the sales back office.
