Your tasks • Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. • Focus on enjoyment of customer contact and the cultivation of customer relationships. • Advising customers on technical matters. • Rectifying faults in the HVAC area (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) and maintenance of buildings, devices, and systems. • Independent procurement and disposition of material and tools, taking into account delivery times and inventory minimization. • Carrying out smaller renovations.
