The Group is pursuing a transformation of its business activities, accelerated by artificial intelligence. To structure this dynamic, we are creating a Business Analyst 80-100% position. You will support all departments (Marketing & Transformation, Editorial, Advertising Market, Display, Distribution, Printing, Human Resources, Finance, Studio) in the effective conduct and management of their projects. Your role: introduce discipline and methodology, identify high-impact AI use cases, and optimize internal processes using a Lean Six Sigma approach, relying on quantifiable objectives and KPIs. How you will contribute to our success: Analysis & scoping: by analyzing processes, collecting and formalizing business needs, modeling existing (<< as-is >>) and target (<< to-be >>) flows, and building business cases (costs, benefits, ROI) for transformation and AI projects; AI Use Cases: by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing AI use cases within the various departments, managing proofs of concept (POC) and their transition, and supporting their scaling; Process Improvement: By analyzing and optimizing internal processes; Project Management: By planning, managing, and coordinating projects from end to end (scope, schedule, resources, risks, budget), while respecting deadlines and objectives; Interdepartmental Collaboration: by facilitating communication between departments to ensure project alignment and efficiency, and to foster buy-in for changes; Reporting & analysis: By producing regular progress reports, defining and monitoring KPIs, and evaluating project effectiveness based on data; Knowledge Capitalization: by documenting and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and standards to improve future practices. Continuous Improvement: By regularly reviewing methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency. This position is for you if: You master process analysis, requirements gathering, KPI modeling, and the use of data for decision-making; You have proven experience in project management, ideally related to continuous improvement and change management. Certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum or equivalent) is appreciated. You have a good understanding of AI use cases applied to business activities and a genuine interest in generative AI and automation tools; You are methodical, organized, rigorous, and attentive to detail; You are capable of uniting teams, fostering buy-in, and supporting change; You possess excellent interpersonal skills: ability to adapt to different interlocutors, active listening, adapted communication, ability to convince and negotiate; You perfectly master French and have good knowledge of technical English.
