With your empathetic mindset and communicative personality, it is easy for you to advise, inspire, and convince new and existing customers. Your main tasks include: Responsibility for IAM projects from the first scoping to successful delivery SPOC for all stakeholders of the customer, including C-Level Development and documentation of IAM strategies, target architectures, roadmaps, and guidelines Transferring business requirements into functional specifications Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and desired quality standard Close collaboration with the implementation team and conceptual and architectural consulting Leading customer workshops, project meetings, and steering committees What you offer us: Several years of experience in the IAM environment Proven experience in project management Good communication skills & the willingness to do so Very good German and good English language skills Willingness to work on-site at the customer (if required) Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment (in the team as well as a solo player) with changing customers and projects This gives you an advantage: Certification in IAM technologies (Sailpoint IIQ, Sailpoint ISC, Saviynt, midPoint) Certification in project management (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) Experience in consulting environment Still questions?
