Specialist Property Drainage (60 %) Your tasks You will undertake the competent consultation of clients, architects, and engineers regarding the design of property drainage and wastewater fees. You will check plans during the permit process, carry out retention and construction site drainage inspections, and support the team in the building permit process. You are co-responsible for the billing of rainwater drainage fees and handle special cases (e.g., the assessment of objections). As part of a participatively managed team of 12 colleagues, you will actively contribute to the further development of the department. Your profile You have completed vocational training as well as further training as a Technician HF Construction Planning, certified construction manager, or civil engineering foreman with a federal diploma. It is an advantage if you possess the VSA certificate "Fachperson Grundstücksentwässerung". You bring experience in civil engineering. In dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, you demonstrate assertiveness and empathy. You possess negotiation skills as well as stylish German in spoken and written form.
