Your Mission
People & Culture Business Partners perform specialized HR work with a focus on consulting the business and act as sparring partners. In doing so, they work closely with other Business Partners as well as the People & Culture Center of Expertise.

• Advising and supporting managers on personnel-related topics as well as advising on standardized HR processes and policies
• Supporting the implementation of Beyond Gravity's annual People processes
• Planning and implementing recruitments
• Supporting change processes in the business, e.g., during organizational changes and workforce initiatives
• Implementation and communication of People & Culture programs
• Collaboration with the business as well as colleagues from Talent Management and Recruiting on talent initiatives
• Supporting job evaluation and compensation determination for recruiting, promotions and allowances, taking into account equal pay principles
• Conducting local salary and equal pay reviews
• Participating in initiatives to improve the employee experience
• Supporting activities that strengthen community and belonging
• Promoting the principles of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Your Profile

• Completed higher vocational training in the field of Human Resources, e.g., HR specialist with federal diploma, CAS/MAS HRM or a comparable further education
• several years of professional experience in the HR environment
• Very good German and English skills
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
• Healthy assertiveness and confident communication at all levels
• Networked, pragmatic and business-oriented thinking and acting
• Empathic, team-oriented, helpful and authentic personality with a positive basic attitude
