FACADE EXPRESS DIVISION MANAGER Location: Carouge in 2026 (Route des Jeunes 43 – 1227 Carouge) – Plan-les-Ouates in 2027 Contract type: CDI – 100% Hours: Start of the day at 6:30am Start date: During 2026 About BERTOLIT: A leading company in the field of renovation, BERTOLIT is looking for a specialized technician in facade remediation and energy renovation to strengthen its team in Geneva. In this position, you will ensure the complete follow-up of projects, from commercial prospecting among a clientele composed exclusively of individuals to the final invoicing. Your missions will notably include the analysis of client needs, the preparation of offers, sales, planning and monitoring of construction sites, coordination of teams as well as the administrative and financial management of files. Pre-selection criteria: Diploma as a technician in energy renovation or equivalent professional experience. Technical, commercial, and recent experience in facade renovation of a minimum of 5 years Having been in one and the same company for at least 5 years. Lives less than 20 minutes from the Carouge office Organizational and family capacities to start work at 6:30am Ability to work effectively in an open space, both independently and in a team Profile sought: Experience in construction site management and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (Workers, Property Management, Works Management, Architects, Engineers, Client). Knowledge of materials and techniques for facade remediation and insulation Ability to read technical plans Rigorous, ambitious, efficient, organized, determined and respectful of safety instructions. Independent and autonomous while knowing how to work in a team Ability to work under stress and in an open space Enjoys human contact Driver's license French spoken - written Your missions: Develop commercial activity by prospecting and accompanying a clientele of individuals in their facade renovation projects in the canton of Geneva and the Côte region Perform technical studies and offers by proposing adapted solutions in facade remediation and energy renovation and selling them to clients. Achieve a turnover of 2.4 million CHF per year Plan and coordinate construction sites, by organizing interventions and ensuring respect for deadlines. Supervise and follow construction teams, ensuring the quality of work, compliance with safety standards and client satisfaction. Ensure the administrative and financial management of files, from the launch of works until final invoicing and monitoring of profitability.
