Sachbearbeiter/in Verkauf 40-60%
You are a team player, looking for a versatile task in a small lively team and have a fondness for modern/trendy office products, then you are in the right place with us...

Your tasks:

• Order processing from the offer to the invoice
• Customer care of key customers, data management
• Creating/sending mailings/newsletters
• Independent, competent telephone sales advice for our customers
• Processing of inquiries, returns
• Processing/maintenance of master data in our ERP (Abacus)

You bring:

• Experience in the back office (affinity for modern distribution channels)
• Your high degree of independence and your quick grasp distinguish you
• You like to communicate with external partners/customers/suppliers
• You have good German and good spoken French skills
• You have good knowledge of office programs, especially Excel
