Safety Manager for Vehicle Modernization

You are responsible for the safety management for international vehicle modernization projects in the railway industry and create the corresponding safety proofs.

Tasks

• Responsibility for safety management in international orders
• Creation of safety proofs for vehicle modernizations
• Planning and implementation of the proof documentation with engineering and other departments
• Coordination and advice of engineering in the area of safety
• Representation of results to customers, testing bodies and authorities
• Checking the documents for compliance and consistency, schedule tracking with experts

Profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace or electrical engineering
• Initial experience in the creation of safety proofs according to EN 50126 or CSM-RA
• Knowledge of the railway industry is an advantage
• Result-oriented, precise and structured approach
• Business fluent German and English (C1) in spoken and written form
