Assistant Quality Management (40-60%)

Your tasks:

• Active support in Quality Management, participation in ensuring food safety as well as collaboration as an HACCP team member
• Assistance in the organization, coordination, and implementation of Q- and label certifications (IFS Broker, Bio, MSC)
• Independent organization and implementation of internal audits as an internal auditor
• Participation in the ordering of chemical as well as microbiological investigations and implementation of annual supplier evaluations
• Processing of customer as well as supplier complaints
• Specification management and maintenance of article master data
• Ongoing communication with the quality departments of customers and suppliers as well as support of external partners (e.g., consultants, laboratories)
• Maintenance of the CRM and the project management system as well as responsibility for physical filing in the assigned area of responsibility
• Various administrative tasks to ensure a high level of service

Your competencies:

• Commercial training or equivalent basic education
• Initial professional experience and knowledge in quality management, preferably in the food sector
• Work deployment: The position is performed entirely on-site. The working days can be designed flexibly depending on the workload. A full working day on Tuesday or Thursday is mandatory.
• Sound MS-Office skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured and process-oriented personality
• Communicative, open, and uncomplicated manner with networked thinking ability
• Enjoyment of teamwork and high food affinity
